Q: Can this cable be used on metal surfaces?
A: It is not recommended. The conductor jacket is potentially punctured or abraded, which lead to false alarms if the internal conductors contact grounded metal. For such environments, please choose the EX-LS-W2S model with a nylon braided sheath. -

A: In environments with very high humidity and condensation, there is a possibility of moisture buildup triggering a false alarm. For humid areas, the EX-LS-W2S model is recommended.
